In today's culinary world, people can get lost amidst a deluge of unhealthy and environmentally unsustainable options. Here at Cook on the Lakes, we offer cooking classes with only the freshest local ingredients. In conjunction with The Chef’s Cut, chef Francesca Settimi will take you on a culinary journey from the farm all the way to table. Each participant will have the opportunity to learn about where each ingredient comes from, how it is harvested, and the best ways to use it in the kitchen.

Chef Francesca and the The Chef’s Cut have come together to design a modern kitchen located on a serene landscape, construct healthy and sustainable recipes, and design a menu that is certain to amaze.
